I have been practicing yoga for 18 years, studying with teachers in Nepal, India, Bali, the UAE, Switzerland and the US. Exploring our bodies, moving deeper into the layers of our being, is the magic yoga - as well as Qi Gong and Tai Chi - can bring into our lives.
Emotions are at the core of our being. We must learn how to welcome and listen to them without letting them overcome us. Once we imbue our life with a rhythm of movement, breath, and stillness, our emotions clarify for us. But we need a guide to find our balance.
A strong believer in bioindividual nutrition - that’s diet choices made with the person doing the eating at their core - I am a holistic health coach and provide completely bespoke guidance on what to fuel your amazing body with.
