Coaching yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong, and working as a holistic health coach, Zeina knows that transformational wellness flows from balance.

Through her NGO Smile4Hope, founded in 2012, Zeina has fulfilled her ambition to materially improve the world we live in; raising awareness of health in the remote villages of Nepal, Zeina  had promoted holistic approaches to wellbeing in South Asia’s poorest country. Imbuing sustainability into everything she does, Zeina’s gift is helping others to help themselves.

As Smile4Hope turns six years old, Zeina is expanding her horizons. She now provides individuals with the same robust, life-alteringenhancing guidance she gives to Smile4Hope beneficiaries. Individuals experiencing great upheaval in their lives, sudden trauma or chronic low mood have turned to Zeina for light and guidance in personal growth. Combining her credentials as a yoga instructor, holistic health and nutrition coach, and published poet, Zeina offers a road to your vision - towards your understanding and attainment of who you want to be.

Growing up amid the Lebanese Civil War, Zeina knew suffering from a tender age. Rather than distorting her view of life, though, what she experienced kindled within her a passion for human beings. She decided, aged just five, that she wanted her life to be a beacon of hope for others as long as she lived. Unshakable optimism, unfailing love for life and insatiable curiosity became what defined Zeina.

A citizen of the world, Zeina nurtured a global career in Marketing and Communication. After 18 years, she hit the pause button on the corporate world. Flying out to Antarctica in 2012, she embarked on an expedition that inspired her to create a self-empowerment programme for Arab women, based on exhilarating outdoor adventure. A wellbeing model incorporating movement began to blossom.

Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and nature move Zeina every day, and she coaches others in feeling their power. A proud mother of two young boys, she relishes working with children as well as adults.
